    Description

    Café Santa Rosa
    LOT 3-01-0390 (Late 2014)
    TYPE EP 8-35 2.5%

Our coffee is type European Preparation (EP), which specifies that all defective beans and foreign material have been removed, with a maximum 2.5 % under screen 15 but over screen 12.

Grown at 1,843 meters above sea level, our coffee beans were hand-picked one by one, machine washed, fermented for at least 18 hours and sun dried under clear plastic parabolic covers.

Farmed in about 12 acres of land, our Lot 3-01-0390 is considered a limited supply microlot.

Denomination de Origen (Regional Selects) is a new project created in Colombia meant to highlight the unique profiles that are inherent to specific micro regions within Colombia. Our Denomination of Origin is Cauca, where the soil, sun, weather and placement on the planet contribute largely to the flavor of our coffee.

    Café Santa Rosa
    LOT 3-01-0390 (Late 2014)
    TYPE EP 8-35 2.5%

Another characteristic feature is the taste which dominates the cup: its aromatic flavor balanced with fine sweetness and a long lasting residual. Café Santa Rosa features notes of vanilla and mild sugarcane. The balance of this coffee is great since its equilibrium is maintained both in medium and low temperatures.
